Hema is the co-founding partner of the firm, responsible for Litigation issues and Agency work. Hema regularly attends County Court hearings. She also handles Residential Conveyancing matters.

Hema graduated from SOAS (University of London) with an LLB in Law and went on to obtain the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford. She qualified in 2001 and then worked for a regional firm specialising in Personal Injury and Industrial Disease claims, before setting up BBL Solicitors LLP with Trusha.
